If anyone can figure out this riddle thing... then good for you your not getting anything.

-A father and son go on a drive one day and they get in a crash. The father died and the boy had to be sent to the hospital. While he was in the hospital the doctor came in and said "it's okay son, it's going to be okay.". how is that possible?-
